Are the lenses polarised? Most of our collection is polarised with full UVA/UVB or UV400 protection. Check each product page for the exact lens details — THE MARBELLA uses UV400 PC lenses.

How much is shipping? All orders are sent via tracked UK delivery. Postage is calculated and shown at checkout. We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days, with arrival typically 2–3 working days after that.

What’s your returns policy? You have 15 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email lapalomaeyewear@outlook.com with your order number. Return postage is paid by you; original shipping isn’t refunded.

Can I try them on first? Yes — catch us at Essex pop-ups and markets (see Pop Up’s), or order online with 15-day returns if they don’t feel right.

Where are you based? We’re an Essex-based small business. Online orders ship across the UK.
